Celery Stalk

Celery Stalk is a cultivated plant of the parsley family, with closely packed succulent leafstalks that are eaten raw or cooked. Celery stalks are often used to garnish cocktails, in particular variations of the Bloody Mary, such as the Bloody Maria and the Bloody Dane and the non-alcoholic cocktail, the Virgin Mary.
