Bloody Fairy

The Ingredients

45 ml Absinthe, 90 ml Tomato Juice, 15 ml Lemon Juice, 1 dash Tabasco Sauce, 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce, 1 dash Salt, 1 dash Pepper, Celery Stalk

How To make a Bloody Fairy

Add dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper into highball glass, then pour all ingredients into highball with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with celery stalk.

This variation of the Bloody Mary uses absinthe instead of vodka, turning it into a more complex and sophisticated concoction. Be careful about how much absinthe you add or it will turn the drink too bitter.
