10 ml Absinthe, 20 ml Brandy, 50 ml Dry Vermouth, Orange Peel
In a cocktail shaker, stir together absinthe, brandy and vermouth. Add ice and stir for one minute, then strain into a martini glass. Squeeze orange peel over drink, making sure oils fall into the glass , then drop peel into drink and serve.
A distinct and quite complex tasting combination in which the vermouth serves nicely to diffuse the flavours of the absinthe and the brandy. One for more experienced cocktail drinkers.
