25 ml Absinthe, Seedless Green Grapes, 1 dash Angostura Bitters, 37 1/2 ml Gin, 20 ml Ginger Syrup,Juice of 1/2 Lime, Soda Water, Candied Ginger
Muddle grapes, absinthe and bitters. Add gin, ginger syrup and lime juice. Shake and strain into an ice filled Collins glass, top with soda water. Garnish with candied ginger.
