50 ml Cachaca, 20 ml Sugar Syrup, 1/4 Lemon, 1/4 Lime, 1/8 Pineapple
Build the rocks glass and muddle the fruits with the sugar syrup. Add the cachaca with lots of crushed ice and churn well.
The strong citrus flavours meld beautifully with the cachaca and sugar. One of our favourite caipirinha versions.
