The Ingredients
50 ml Steinhager, 1/2 Lime, 2 teaspoons Refined Sugar, Lemon Slice
How To make a Caipinheiger
Place lime and sugar into Old-Fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon). Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Steinhager.

An interesting play on the classic Caipirinha, which uses the wonderful uniper flavoured Steinhager spirit. We think this is a great concoction and perfect introduction to Steinhager.
