37 1/2 ml Mekhong, 37 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, 20 ml Simple Syrup, pinch of Sweet Thai Basil, Soda Water
Pour the Mekhong and the rest of the ingredients, except soda water, into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously for 7-8 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top off with soda water.
A good introduction to Mekhong.Well balanced drink with the sweet basil working nicely against the lemon.
