50 ml Cachaca, 20 ml Sugar Syrup, 1 passion fruit, 1 whole quartered Lime
Build in the glass, halve and scoop out the passion fruit, add the quartered lime, and muddle with cachaca. Add all the other ingredients and churn with lots of crushed ice.
The passion fruit flavour is quite delicate and makes for a tropical, refreshing spin on the classic Caipirinha.
