50 ml Cachaca, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 20 ml Sugar Syrup, 2 Passion Fruit
How To make a Maracuja Batida
Halve and scoop out the Passion Fruit and muddle with the cachaca in the mixing tin. Add the other ingredients and lots of ice. Shake and fine strain and then garnish with passion fruit shell.
