The Ingredients
20 ml Absinthe, 20 ml Benedictine, 20 ml Orange Liqueur, 20 ml Lemon juice, 20 ml Pineapple Juice, 1 Egg White, Rose Water
How To make a Rimbauds Left Hand
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, dry shake first without ice. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with drops of rose water in the center.

Did You Know?
The cocktail alludes to Arthur Rimbaud who was a 19th century French poet. His left hand was shot off by his lover in an argument and the story goes they were both avid Absinthe drinkers.
