25 ml Tanqueray Gin, 12 1/2 ml Suave Pomegranate Liqueur, 12 1/2 ml Lejay Parfait Amour, 5 ml Elderflower Cordial, 25 ml Lemon Juice, Dash of Gomme Syrup, 6 muddled Rosemary Leaves, Lemon Twist

How to make
Pour the gin, pomegranate liqueur and parfait amour into boston shaker, then add the elderflower cordial, lemon juice and a dash of gomme. Pick 6 leaves from a sprig of rosemary and add to other ingredients. Fill shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
