50 ml Gin, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup, Top-Up Soda Water, 12 Raspberries

How to make

Gently muddle the raspberries with the gin in the mixing tin, add the lemon and sugar and lots of ice, shake, fine strain over ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with raspberries.
