50 ml Gin, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup, Top-Up Soda Water, 12 Raspberries
Gently muddle the raspberries with the gin in the mixing tin, add the lemon and sugar and lots of ice, shake, fine strain over ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with raspberries.
Another fantastic raspberry-inspired cocktail variation. We still prefer the original Tom Collins, but this is still a super alternative.
