1 bottle White Wine, 75 ml Coconut Rum, 4 cups of Ginger Ale, 1/4 cup Sugar, 1 Orange and 1 Lemon sliced into wedges, 1 Diced Pineapple
Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and orange into the white wine. Toss in the fruit wedges and pineapple then add sugar. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale, rum and ice just before serving.
The pineapple and the coconut rum give this punch an amazing Tiki-style flavour and the appearance will go down great at any party.
