50 ml Light Rum, 25 ml Dark Rum, 25 ml Orange Juice, 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup, 2 Passion Fruit
Halve and scoop out the Passion Fruit and muddle with rum in the mixing tin. Add the other ingredients and lots of ice. Shake and fine strain into a rocks glass and then garnish with passion fruit shell.
A strong punch which creates a good balance between the rum, passion fruit and sugar. Orange juice helps reduce the potency of this concoction.
