37 1/2 ml Gold Rum, 12 1/2 ml Apricot Brandy, 25 ml Lime Juice, 12 1/2 ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup, 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup, 1 Passion Fruit
Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Use a bar spoon to scoop out all the seeds and pulp from the passion fruit. Fill mixing tin with cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fill martini glass with crushed ice. Strain the mixture into the glass. Garnish with passion fruit shell.
