50 ml Silver Tequila, 25 ml White Crème de Cacao, 25 ml Double Cream, 12 1/2 ml Chambord, White Chocolate flakes, Raspberries
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add tequila, white crème de cacaco, double cream and chambord. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, rimmed with white chocolate add a spear of fresh raspberies and serve.
Chocolate, cream and raspberry combine surprisingly well with tequila to create a nice dessert cocktail.
