1 bottle of Red Wine, 50 ml Gin, 4 cups Ginger Ale, splash Orange Juice, 1 can of Sliced Pineapples, 1 cup of Raspberries, 2 tablespoon of Sugar, Orange, Lime all cut into wedges.
Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges and pineapple then add sugar, orange juice and gin. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale, berries and ice just before serving.
A straightforward sangria which is packed full of big fruity flavours with a nice combination of sweet and tart.
