Easter cocktail recipe: Brandy Alexander

Cracking up from an overdose of chocolate eggs?  Then you need to relax and enjoy the last hours of the long Easter weekend with a special Easter cocktail – the Brandy Alexander.

Based on an earlier, gin-based cocktail called simply an “Alexander”, the chocolaty, nutmeg flavour of the Brandy Alexander is a perfect accompaniment to leftover Easter eggs or fantastic enjoyed on its own.
