Alas, summer’s nearly over – and the Ibiza closing parties are winding down. But whether or not you’re planning next year’s jaunt, or have decided to make the most of the year by heading to the White Isle, then there is just one place you need to go.

Nikki Beach has locations all over the world, from Miami to Thailand, and has achieved such success by being super-stylish as well as the perfect place to hang out, relax and spend a fabulous afternoon.

With a glistening turquoise pool, gorgeous sea view plus surrounding pure-white sun loungers and beach beds, then Nikki Beach simmers in pure luxury. Soak up the Ibiza sun while being served some of the tastiest cocktails on the island – be sure to try the famous Mojito, which was refreshing, delivered a zing of minty freshness, and had a decadent punch of exotic rum.

For the best experience, hire one of the beach beds and order a bottle of Taittinger Champagne to toast your holiday with bubbles. We also found ourselves raising a glass to the musicians, since live performances from both a violinist and saxophonist with have you grooving and applauding in unison.

One thing you have to do when visiting Nikki Beach is treat yourself to their famous champagne brunch. We spent the afternoon sipping on unlimited Bloody Mary’s, and tucking into the superb selection of food, which includes scrumptious sushi, a variety of both healthy and indulgent salads, and hot meals like pasta, satay chicken and specially-made pad thai. There is also a rainbow array of fruit to tempt your palate if you’re feeling like something fresh and healthy.

We were amazed at not only the variety on offer, but also the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Despite it feeling like a rather exclusive beach club, there was no sense of pompous propriety, nor snobbishness. From the lifeguard to the hostess to the waiting staff, everyone seemed like their number one mission was to make the guests as comfortable as possible – while also having a fun time themselves.

So if you’re looking to make the most of Ibiza, ensure that Nikki Beach is on your hit-list – once you’ve been, you’ll be enthusing about it to everyone you know. We certainly have been!
