Williams Tell

Cocktail Ingredients

45ml – Williams Chase gin.
45ml – Cloudy Pressed Apple Juice.
10ml – Homemade Hot Red Chili Syrup.
2 Drops –  Bitter End Thai bitters.

Instructions

Stir with ice,
Strain into frozen coupe glass.
Garnish with slice of apple and slice of red chilli
(in the spirit of William Tell, I ‘shoot’ the apple and chilli slices together with a cocktail stick)
