Submit your own Cocktail Entrant – “Nutty Delight”

Nutty DelightCocktail Name

Nutty Delight

Cocktail Ingredients

25ml – Frangelico
12.5ml – Creme De Cacao
25ml – Fresh Milk
25ml – Tia Maria
37ml – Cream
2 Bar Spoons- Chocolate powder

Garnish with a chocolate pencil and chocolate flakes

Instructions

Take a shaker, add ice, Frangelico, Creme De Cacao and milk and shake until tin frosts over.

Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

Take shaker for second mix (cobbler works best). Add chocolate powder, Tia Maria and cream. Shake until mix thickens to a mousse (not to much as it will not layer)

Add second mix to the martini glass by layering over the top of the first mix with a bar spoon.

To finish off the cocktail, take two chocolate pencils, one to flake over the top mix and the second to rest over the glass. Add two sip straws resting over the chocolate pencil and the mix.

Serve Cocktail.
