Cocktail Ingredients:

40ml  – Galliano L’Autentico
15ml –  Angostura Bitters
30ml – Lime Juice
10ml –  Agave Nectar
2 Dashes of Absinthe
Egg white

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake hard about 10 to 15 seconds. Double strain in to chilled coupette glass and garnish with dried lime wheel and star anise.
