Cocktail Ingredients

1 1/2 oz –  Hendrick’s Gin
1/2 oz – Aperol
3/4 oz – Lime Juice
1 teaspoon – Rich Simple Syrup  (2:1)
15 drops –  Bittermens Burlesque Bitters
1  – Egg white
3 – Cucumber Slices (skin on)

Rosewater and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Muddle simple syrup, lime and cucumber in shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and dry shake. Shake hard with ice for 5 seconds and strain to chilled collins glass filled with 1 1/2 oz Fentimans rose Lemonade. Top with more Lemonade to fill and garnish with a smacked mint sprig that’s been doused with a tiny spray of rosewater.
