Cocktail Name
Amargo Sour

Cocktail Ingredients
50ml – Rye Whiskey (Rittenhouse 100 proof)
20ml – Lemon Juice
12.5ml – Jagermeister
2 Barspoons – Grapefruit Marmalade
5ml – Rich Sugar Syrup
5 dashes – Angostura Bitters
White of 1 egg
Instructions
Dry shake the egg white to start emulsification. Add the rest of the ingredient and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with a twist of grapefruit peel and discard, garnish with 3 brandies cherries.
