As tomorrow is St George’s Day, how about celebrating by toasting glasses of Gallo Family Vineyards Patron’s Punch. We gave this a blast in the office and found it rich with flavours of cherry, pomegranate and raspberry – very moreish!

When serving with food, we reckon you should keep the menu quintessentially British, maybe treat friends and family to a mini fish and chips starter, a main course of traditional Beef Wellington followed by Bakewell Tart for dessert. I`m sure they`ll be pleased as punch! (gets coat…)

–       4 oz. Gallo Family Vineyards Summer Red

–       1/2 oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur

–       Lemonade

–       Handful of raspberries and blackberries

–       Mint sprig for garnish

  • Mix the Gallo Family Vineyards Summer Red and black raspberry liqueur
  • Pour into glass and top with lemonade
  • Add a few of the berries and garnish with mint sprig
