If you fancy discovering a new spirit then a Spiritual Session is the best to do it. In each session, the Spiritual Sessions team will focus on two premium spirit brands from the same category and you’ll learn about the history and production through a tutored tasting led by Scotland’s ‘Bartender Mastermind‘ 2013 winner Martin Duffy. After, you’ll take part in a cocktail masterclass where, as well as teaching you how, they also expertly pair each serve to a delectable bite sized dish served by the talented chef at The Place Hotel.

Tasting Session

– you’ll taste both the brands involved neat in a tutored tasting whilst learning about what makes them so special.

Cocktail Masterclass

– very interactive where we’ll offer members of each group the chance to shake and stir with us behind the bar

Starter Cocktail

– we’ll serve you a lighter style of drink that really lets the spirit shine through and accompany it with a light savoury bite.

Main Cocktail

– now we’ll challenge your taste buds with a cocktail crafted specially for you and serve it with a meaty partnered bite (vegetarian option available).
