Company Cocktail – Equator

This week we have designed a cocktail for Equator Agency, a highly respected and innovative digital agency, with offices in Glasgow and New York. We were looking for big, bold and fun flavours to represent the culture and business ethics of the company.

Ingredients:

25 ml Vodka

12.5 ml Lychee Liqueur

12.5 ml Lemoncello

50 ml Lychee Juice

15 ml Lemon Juice

Lemon Peel

Glass:

Martini Glass

Method:

Add all ingredients to Boston Shaker and top up with cubed ice. Shake for about 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
