Three days into December, and here’s a fabulous festive cocktail you can make at home. 

Cointreau has announced a new serve just in time for the festive season – The Cointreau Pear & Cinnamon Fizz. This delectable drink features a delicious blend of seasonal flavours including pear, sweet and bitter orange notes of Cointreau and a subtle hint of zesty lime. The cocktail is then topped with sparkling water and stirred with a cinnamon stick creating a spicy and flavoursome winter drink

Ingredients:
40 ml Cointreau
10 ml fresh lime juice
50 ml pear juice
40 ml sparkling water

Method: Simply shake and strain ingredients, pour into Cointreau glass filled with ice, then top with sparkling water and stir

Garnish: Add a cinnamon stick to create the nostalgic smell of Christmas
