Yes, the weather is really uninspiring at the moment. All those thoughts of an Indian Summer seem to be swiftly deteriorating as the grey clouds gather… but don’t despair. There’s still a chance to stay in the holiday mood a little longer with this cocktail you can make at home. Featuring vodka, Cointreau for an orange kick, and some lemon and lime sorbet, this fruity and exotic combo will have you remembering those long days spent in the sun…

Iced Cosmopolitan

Makes one drink

Ingredients:

25ml vodka, 25ml Cointreau, 100ml Cranberry Juice, 1 scoop Mövenpick Lemon & Lime Sorbet, a large handful of ice cubes, soda water and a slice of lime

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a Martini glass using the strainer, top with soda and garnish with a slice of lime.
