Chambord is a liqueur produced in France, made from red and black raspberries, Madagascar vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel, honey and cognac. The liqueur was believed to have been introduced by Louis XIV during one of his visits to the Chateau de Chambord in France.
Chambord is the main ingredient in the appropriately named Raspberry Truffle cocktail.
