Social and Cocktail<\/strong><\/a> spent last Saturday getting down to some funky tunes at Visions festival. And while yes, we do know that sounds like something a really un-cool uncle would say, we definitely knew the place to be \u2013 at the Sailor Jerry<\/strong> rooftop party. We snacked on a pulled pork bap (snacked = demolished entire thing in three mouthfuls), drank a tasty cocktail of Sailor Jerry<\/strong>, cola and beer (it works), and enjoyed the arm-wrestling championships that gave the lads a chance to prove their strength. Sadly we hadn’t allowed our stubble to reach the length needed for a wet shave, but this service was available, and a specially commissioned piece of artwork was unveiled showing our favourite pin-up girl in glorious neon naughtiness. \u00a0 Proof again that, whatever port Sailor Jerry<\/strong> calls at, there is bound to be a party.<\/p>\n AND THIS WEEKEND\u2026<\/strong> Wilderness Awaits!<\/strong><\/p>\n From party-hard pirates to a more chilled vibe, as we head over to Wilderness Festival<\/strong> <\/a>near Oxfordshire. This glorious celebration of music, art and food is the perfect place to hear some great bands (London Grammar and Sam Smith are both playing), while also trying morsels from some of the world\u2019s best chefs, including Angela Hartnett and Mark Hix. We\u2019re especially excited about seeing what Monkey Shoulder<\/strong> <\/a>scotch and Martin Miller\u2019s Gin<\/strong> <\/a>serve up \u2013 both are official drinks of the festival, and we\u2019ll be trying out some of their cocktail creations. Warm cider and flat beer?
