Following on from our previous post Cocktails – A Dieters Friend or Foe? we present some skinny cocktails from cocktail bars around the country. These bars, the Mansion House in Glasgow and The Last and Jewel, both in London, have crafted several ‘skinny’ cocktails, where they have managed to keep calories low by replacing sugars with agave syrup and natural fruit purees. A simple, yet effective trend that we believe we’ll be seeing more of in 2014.
