12 1/2 ml Triple Sec, 20 ml Lemon Juice, 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup, top up Champagne
Add the first three ingredients to the mixing tin with lots of ice. Shake thoroughly, strain and then top up with Champagne. Garnish.
We had never heard of this one before we tried and we were very pleasantly surprised with the taste. The drink is a step up from the Bucks Fizz insofar as it gives the Champagne a very exciting “kick”. Recommended for weddings.
