50 ml Plymouth Gin, 5 ml Absinthe, 20 ml Lime juice, 20 ml Rock Candy Syrup, Mint Sprig
Muddle mint with the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
A sweet and rich cocktail, given an element of fun and flavour by the rock candy syrup. A fantastic creation.
