50 ml Leblon Cachaca, 50 ml Pear Nectar, 12 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, slice of Ginger, pinch of Nutmeg, pinch of Cinnamon
Muddle the ginger in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add cachaca, nectar and lemon juice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Pear, ginger and lemon come together with the cachaca for an unusual taste sensation. Recommended.
