The Ingredients
50 ml Brandy, 2 dashes Absinthe, 4 dashes Lemon Juice, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup, 1 Egg, Soda Water
How To make a Saratoga Brace Up
Pour all the ingredients , except the soda water, into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass. Top with soda water.
