60 ml Mekhong, 1/2 cap Rose Syrup, 6 Brandy Cherries, 25 ml Egg Whites, 12 1/2 ml Lime Juice, 12 1/2 ml Simple Syrup, Sprinkle Nutmeg, Rose Petal
Coat martini glass with rose syrup. Muddle brandy cherries and add egg whites, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and Mekhong and shake again. Pour into martini glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish with rose petal.
A tasty fruity drink with the cherries adding great depth. Recommended.
