50 ml Gin, 12 1/2 ml Pomegranate Liqueur, juice from 1/2 Lime, 1 bar spoon Lavendar Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White, Soda Water
Pour the spirits, juice, syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to ensure egg white is mixed thoroughly with the other ingredients. Strain into a chilled highball glass with ice cubes. Top off with soda water.
We are big fans of the introduction of pomegranate into several cocktail recipes and this is another winner, with the lavender giving it an amazing and unique floral character.
