Pineapple Mojito

The Ingredients

75 ml Rum, 25 ml Triple Sec, 25 ml Pineapple Juice, 2 slices Pineapple, 4 Lime Wedges, 6 Mint Leaves, Mint Sprig

How To make a Pineapple Mojito

Muddle the pineapple, lime and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the other ingredients. Shake for 10 seconds and strain all ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass.
