50 ml Rye Whiskey, 10 ml Sweet Red Vermouth, 10 ml Dry Vermouth, dash Angostura Bitters
How To make a Perfect Manhattan
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve straight up.

This is getting quite similar to an Old Fashioned, but it is a perfectly acceptable variation on the classic Manhattan. We prefer ours without the dry vermouth.
