Old Cuban

The Ingredients

37 1/2 ml Light Rum, 12 1/2 ml Dark Rum, 20 ml Lime Juice, 12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup, 8 Mint Leaves, 1 dash Old-Fashioned Bitters, Top-Up Champagne.

How To make a Old Cuban

Muddle the rum with the mint. Add the lime and syrup. Shake thoroughly, strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top up with Champagne.
