The Ingredients
25 ml Dry Vermouth, 25 ml Peach Liqueur, lemon twist
How To make a Norina
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Add a lemon twist as garnish.

Whilst the Norina is easy to make, the flavour is surprisingly complex.Basically this drink adds a herbal punch to a sweet liqueur and we think it works pretty well.
