35 ml Rum, 35 ml Sweet Vermouth, 5 ml Apricot Brandy, 5 ml Pomegranate Grenadine Syrup , 5 ml Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest
Put all ingredients into a shaker. Throw in the ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker gets very cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon zest.
This drink has everything, the sour from the lemon and apricot, the sweet from the rum and the aromatics from the vermouth. It all works together fantastically.
