50 ml Gin, 50 ml Peach Puree, 12 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, 5 ml Sugar Syrup

How to make
Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin, add lots of ice, shake thoroughly and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
