The Ingredients
25 ml Blanco Tequila, 50 ml Pineapple Juice, juice of 1/2 a Lime
How To make a Matador
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker half full of ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
