50 ml Rum, 25 ml Triple Sec, 25 ml Pineapple Juice, 25 ml Lemon Juice, 20 ml Sugar Syrup 2 Lemon Slices, Mint
Add all the ingredients to mixing tin and fill to the top with cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fill a sling glass with crushed ice and strain mixture into glass. Using a bar spoon swizzle up and down until ice is suspended in the drink. Top up with some crushed ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint.
