50 ml Rum, 25 ml Eucalyptus Syrup, 25 ml Lime Juice, splash of Soda Water, 8 Mint Leaves, Eucalyptus Leaves
How To make a Koala Mojito
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with the syrup. Add the lime juice and stir. Add rum and crushed ice and stir. Add a splash of soda water. Garnish with eucalyptus leaves.
