The Ingredients
50 ml Citron Vodka, 25 ml Apple Juice, 12 1/2 ml Almond Sugar Syrup, 12 1/2 ml Lemon Juice, 1 whole peeled Kiwi
How To make a Kiwi Crush
Peel and quarter the kiwi and muddle with the vodka in the mixing tin. Add the other ingredients and lots of ice. Shake and fine strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a kiwi slice.
