25 ml Mint Chocolate Irish Cream Liqueur, 25 ml Iced Coffee, 1 tablespoon Coffee, 2 scoops Coffee Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, Mint Sprig
How To make a Irish Ice
Add Irish cream liqueur, iced coffee and coffee ice cream to a blender. Blend on high with chipped ice until smooth. Top with espresso, a mint sprig and whipped cream.
