37 1/2 ml Gold Rum, 12 1/2 ml Orange Liqueur, 25 ml Lime Juice, 25 ml Sugar Syrup, 25 ml Guinness
Add rum, orange liqueur, lime juice and sugar syrup into Boston shaker and fill with ice. Shake for about 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Fill a full measure with Guinness and, using a bar spoon, gently layer the Guinness on to the drink.
The zesty bite of the daiquiri melds wonderfully with the smooth, creamy bitterness of the Guinness.
